What Does a Honda Cabin Air Filter Do?
The cabin air filter is typically located behind the glove box in most Honda models. It filters outside
air before it passes through your heating and air conditioning system. Over time, it becomes clogged
with:
- Dust and dirt
- Pollen and allergens
- Road debris
- Mold spores
- Airborne pollutants
When the filter becomes restricted, airflow is reduced and your HVAC system must work harder to heat or
cool the cabin.
