I have dealt with Bernardi Honda in the past and have always been satisfied. I ordered three items and the first two were satisfactory in all respects. The third item was a set of four genuine Honda mud flaps for my 2021 Accord EX-L. The shipping speed was blazingly fast and the mudguards themselves arrived with no problems. However, upon opening the packaging I was not provided with the screws and other items needed for the installation. Bernardi is looking into it and will try to ship me out the missing installation parts as soon as possible. Also, the link for downloading the installation instructions on the website simply does not work, which is a further disappointment and inconvenience.
