American Honda Criteria for Core Charge Refunds
    1.
All returned items must:
        - Be a Genuine Honda Part. Aftermarket parts are not eligible to receive the refund
 -
Be returned in the Genuine Honda box that your replacement part was shipped in with
the inner packing to protect the returned core.
 - All paperwork that is sent to
you in the shipping box, including any "ARS" or other prepaid return label,
must be returned INSIDE the box. If paperwork is missing or if the "ARS"
or other prepaid return label is attached to the outside of the box, you will be
                    disqualified from receiving a refund.
 - Be fully assembled, without any missing
pieces and be without any external damage.
 - Cores with visible damage caused
by anything other than an internal failure will not receive full core credit reimbursement
