Very poor quality. I have my car at the dealership now to get this system removed and get my money back. The base stereo sounds better.

I agree. It does add some more "punch" to the stock system. But you would be better off spending the $$$ on an aftermarket bass system.

My CR V was delivered with this option, and we've been very pleased with the sound. Now consider the source, we are 63 and 62 years old so we don't really need or want 1200 watts of 40 Hz delivered, but with the celtic and world music we typically listen to, its great. We also have a Boxster S with the Bose premium sound package and this is, to me, the equivelant of that $2K+ system.
