UPS Customs Brokerage provides customs clearance for shipments entering Canada. If you elect to ship your products using UPS Express Plus,
UPS Express or UPS Expedited Services, there is no charge for this service. Otherwise, UPS will charge you a low rate for this service as defined in the table below.
NOTES:
- All rates and values are in Canadian funds. To calculate US amount divide by the current exchange rate.
- Rates do not include applicable taxes.
- Brokerage charges are subject to 5% GST tax
- UPS will call you prior to delivering your order to inform you of the Entry Preparation Fee and tax that you owe. You may prepay this amount or pay it upon delivery of your order. If you elect not to prepay, a fee of 2.7% (minimum $5.85) of the amount advanced by UPS will be charged in addition to the Entry Preparation Fees.
